تعريف بالمشروع:

إنشاء فندق مكون من ١٠ أدوار في أرض الوقف بطريق الملك عبد العزيز مقابل محطة قطار الحرمين

يعود ريعه على مشاريع الجمعية بمنطقة المدينة المنورة .

المبررات لإقامة المشروع:

١- حاجة الجمعية لإقامة مشاريع وقفية مميزة يعود ريعها على مشاريع الجمعية .

٢- تقع أرض الوقف في منطقة حيوية جديدة أمام محطة قطار الحرمين وبالقرب من المسجد النبوي الشريف ومطار المدينة المنورة.

الأهداف:

١- تغطية ميزانية مشاريع الجمعية .

٢- استدامة مشاريع سقيا الماء بمنطقة المدينة المنورة.

المخرجات والأثر:

وقف فندقي يعود ريعه لبرامج وأنشطة ومشاريع سقيا الماء بمنطقة المدينة المنورة.
